It's exactly what Alan and Saga been through..
Schizophrenia is not just about hearing bad comments all the time (like the dump schizophrenia simulations we see on YouTube)
It's a story ..or.. multiple horror stories together that keep changing ,
And you are involved in and stuck inside them forever ,and forced to make choices that will affect "reality".
( You may respond to the voices and follow their stories trying to survive.. just like how Alan was completely drowned in the dark place
Or you may try to stick to logic, to reality and resist them like Saga
Either way you're in .. either way you'll lose
And you'll never understand what happened
You'll never be releaved ).
This game is a real manifestation of Schizophrenia.
