It is poor quality CGI. The reflection map on the close up of the so called orb, you showed in the beginning of the video, is a repeating video image map. You can tell it is not of the actual environment, because there is an orb reflected in the surface, which is floating across the surface of the sphere, yet in the full video, there are no orbs moving multiple times in front of that sphere, or any of them. This is very a poorly done computer generated hoax, yet it looks like the simple minded are so easily fooled, again!

Since which century is or was Mostar a Village? This reads the same as an European writes about a middle seized city in the U.S , let's say Albany N.Y and he says: The village of Albany. Sounds stupid hé?
Great City. Drove into the tourist mobs and it was crowded. These are chrome mirror balloons which is obvious when the zoom shows how they reflect trees that are a LOT closer than the initial displayed height. Weddings are known for having lots of balloons, and Bosnia hosts the best wedding parties in the world!
