I figured out the map. It is about new Austin. The lake in the map is lake Don Julio. I don't know what are at the spots because I don't unlock new Austin yet but it might be a good thing to look into.

Gary I found that after I shot the Bison. When I looked at the map or lay out, I immediately noticed how similar the beams looked to me when standing on top of Mount Shann at sunset the beams look identical to the beams on the map. If you go to top of Mount shann and face the Mountain with the cleft in it at around 6pm to dusk. You will see these beams match perfectly

In the middle of T and E on the dotted line by big foots bones

I think the panoramic map shows the places that have been hit by a asteroid because the couples map has flat spots if you look closely.
