What I took from this is, the game is basically in Limbo. Not good, not bad, not great. Really just in the wind. I'm still highly disappointed with Nightwing btw. That glider, smdh.

Funny fact : they could have made this game in just one year rather than a decade. They would have easily made this exact game in 2014 and would have been better received.

WB made the best story in the Arkham series and it has now been understood that Arkham origins is underrated I truly believe they should’ve given us Arkham origins remastered to show us their “Next Gen” capabilities and then based off that if they still wanted to make Gotham knight they could then take their time and not give us a half baked game
It’s just sad that a game made 7years later than the last Batman game doesn’t even have better water physics like that’s bare minimum

The facts are they almost made this a live service game
They saw what happen to avengers then backpedaling for a year or 3 and then actual trying to finish the half baked game for 4-5 years and now we have a $70 BATMAN game that has neither better graphics or mechanics as Arkham and I mean 7-8 years after what we saw from the Arkham series we know we deserve a much better Batman game and the fact that this is what they give us is almost criminal

This game was up and down for me💔🤷🏾♀️had parts that engaged me and others that either bored me or underwhelmed me. The choice for the voice actor and her voice acting itself for Harley Quinn grew on me, Batgirl’s (sorry but America Young just wasn’t a good choice for her), the Talia boss fight was ‘meh’, Robin’s combat is my favourite and personal best of the 4, Jason’s character design grew on me too, the goons’ voice acting and dialogue annoyed the heck outta me, my favourite combat mission was fighting the Blackgate goons with a rock version of ‘Living A Vida Loca’ playing in the background, I agree with you that the Court storyline was wasted in this game, considering how suspenseful the trailers and teasers of them were.

I just traded my copy at gamestop today I was so tired of all the trash gameplay and all the woke bullshit that was thrown in my face im like bruh I see enough politics in real life and I'm mentally drained from it and the last thing I wanna see is in the games I play. Just straight garbage i hope suicide squad doesn't have that shit but I think not because none of the batman arkham games didn't have any and also they know how to write story's and also they know how to make fun gameplay I'm hopeful for suicide squad

the court felt extremely underwhelming in this game unlike the comic where they were super aminase , this game's story was carried by batman's death and the case he was working on but now that that's over how will they lure people back in if they make a sequel plus ''you are stronger than anything the batman could be'' line was bullshit, in all honesty i enjoyed the game though
I just finished the game yeah I agree the court of owls were wasted and the opening is the best part it's a 5/10

i disagree w the combat statement, i think it’s very satisfying and grounded especially with co-op and i enjoy the momentum ability grind. i understand your criticism, but i think this separates from arkham well enough to be a continuously supported game
W for personal preference. Personally I think it's my favourite game ever, I really enjoyed the story and the chemistry and development of the Knights. The gameplay is easily my favourite part of the game but probably a little part of my criticisms. I found it a learning curve and I've probably got used to it now. Although I wish there were more villains, I'm fine with the roster. Overall my rating is 9.5/10
The sad part is is I’m not even looking forward to suicide squad either I feel like it’s going to be kind of the same problem with this game where I have barely any interest in the characters in general no interest in the combat system… The setting looks all right but it still looks mostly generic
Should check out the recent tech demo that a fan made with some assets with from Arkham Knight… The combat system is heavily improved and the graphics look insane it’s all updated on the new unreal engine it looks crazy good please look it up… It’s just mostly embarrassing that one person made this just with some modified assets… It looks somehow better than a multi million dollar studio

I liked the story (except some bad dialogue throughout the game, especially from the freaks. My God, they were so annoying and sounded stupid).
The villain side arcs were fun but I wish there more villains.
The interactions between the heroes were good, especially Barbara and Jason.
Combat is ok but not great.
The grinding sections for the abilities, traversal and some parts of the story were not needed.
The open world is ok but I wish the Batcycle was faster or had a boost button.
Overall, I enjoyed some parts and some I didn’t.
7/10.

They messed up thé charracters hard so many cancelled projects for this IS dissapointing
