It also seemed like the lightning was strictly in that small Cloud around it, which I have no idea what craft would cause that or what naturally would cause that to happen
Looked to me that whatever it was was creating a lightning storm around it
At one point during the video it looks like animals and some sort of beings walking in the cloud as well very odd !!

There are quit a few sightings of craft during storms,I think it would be awesome to be inside a major storm event safely inside a advanced craft watching it happen

Years ago i saw a video from a russian cosmonaut and it was showing ufo's flying above a thunderstorm and they think that they were recharging. It was a bunch of them, flying in and hovering then flying away.
