This was a few months before the well known Aguadilla UFO video in 2013 only 2 towns away.
Nearly everyone at the ocean-side Villa Cofresi Hotel Bar saw this. All remained silent…very weird.
It went up and down over the ocean several times seeming to attract our attention then went down in water and disappeared.
Debbie, I would encourage you to read Dr. Barry Downing's claasic, "The Bible and Flying Saucers," which came put the same year as Eric von Daniken's book. He was the theological consultant for Mufon for years and he has also appreared on Ancient Alien shows. You will find helpful references to Bible passages you cited in this interview.
