We're running very low on Volt Modmats! If you want to get one while supporting us, place a back-order here (ships this week!): https://store.gamersnexus.net/products/modmat-volt-large
I paid 1,469 dollars on November 20, 2020 and I was amazed at the time.
But what else could happen if we were in a pandemic?
Knocks over chassis. Keeps on talking. 😂😂👌 goddam that’s funny
What sucks is that it is so annoying that so many games freaking require 32 G of RAM.
If anyone has old ATX power supplies like the one pulled from this HP laying around that they have no use for, id be happy to pay for shipping to send it to me!
To show how much has changed over the years…
I remember years ago I was working for CompUSA when HP bought Ocmpaq. I was in Houston (where Compaq was based), so it was pretty big to us. We were hoping that the merged company would have the quality of HP and the customer service of Compaq, because in our experience, Compag had shoddy hardware but great customer service, while HP was quite the opposite. Guess what we got instead…
I had the """pleasure""" of replacing a cooler on my g4 400 hp that i bought for a minecrafr server. After removing the board it turned out the cooler screws directly into the case so i needed to spend half an hour with a hammer, chisel and metal shears because the metal was thick and bent over in a lot of spots. Would not recommend but now with a fera 3 cooler it gets 55 degrees with one core used 100%
i actually like the torx screws on my old hp elitedesk. For the most part my pc just has those and some smaller philip heads. It insures i don't mix up my screws and dont try to screw a large one into a small hole. Everything is sperate like that. And they include extras ! you can just use a flat head.
You guys should checkout the HP Victus. I have one I got cheap second hand and have already done a couple upgrades/modifications.
Added 3 120MM RGB fans w/ the controller (had to modify one of the for the exhaust fan), 16GB Corsair 3200mhz, modified the CPU cooler with another 120MM fan and a custom shroud. Looking for a 3060 or 6600XT and it'll be a pretty bangin' rig for the price. Might jump one up to the 5700G, I've seen them for just over $100
That is the worst UEFI set up utility I've ever seen in my entire life. I thought MSI's Click BIOS 4 (what my motherboard has) was bad, but that's somehow worse.
I have one and it gets hot easily 😭 it’s most likely because of the absence of front intake fans which is a design flaw on hp…
i got the GTX1650 version in 2020, still holding strong!
I liked the little hp gaming desktop with the ryzen 5 3500 paired with a gtx1650 for 400-500 something with the added cost of a monitor.
This is just e waste
what a fucking nightmare
I have owned a hp pavillion since 2017. still working.
This is the biggest piece of trash i’ve ever seen , it’s so baaaad 😂
u should review a Medion Erazer Tower
WildTangent Games was my childhood
I still love my Xbox series x for gaming. You literally would have to invest about $3000 to match the XBSX gaming power. I would much rather play on the comfort of my couch in 4k glory at 60fps than spend thousands. Comparatively, I would use my xbxsx on one of my monitors and scortch this platform with 4k and 120 fps
HP is terrible for gaming. They have maybe 2 PSU that support video cards. Total hassle. I had to order one from china…. I can now play the latest forza but it was super expensive.
I love to see my Pc here 🤣
This piece of shit is $1400?! 😮
I had that same cpu cooler on a pavilion from 2009
“I asked a forklift manufacturer to make me a super car- they did a bad job! What a joke!!!“
thats my pc
I feel being I paid $540, I didn’t get ripped off.
Wouldve loved to be a sleepr build for that amount of money, but its just a crappy 08" case 😢😢
I'd argue the complaint about the function keys on the keyboard is actually invalid, bc it's being sold presumably for non tech savvy people, and the average end user buying a pre-built will use those alternate functions wayyyy more often (like media controls etc) than they'll EVER be hitting f12, so having those keys do the more often used action primary and fn to switch to f+numbers (or yknow, n…) makes tons of sense and even as a techy guy it's always bugged me when a keyboard doesn't do it this way
I picked one of these up a while back. Mine has the 3060 graphics package. I have a Seagate Barracuda 1tb hard drive kicking around and was thinking of installing in the box for general storage purposes, not for gaming. Doesn't look like that is possible. Am I correct in assuming that? Looks like there isn't spare plugs for power. Not sure there is a plug on the motherboard for a second drive. I understand this video is 2 years old but would love your thoughts on adding (or not adding) the seagate drive. Great video BTW.
I'm not afraid to admit that I thought Dell and HP were owned by the same company. Kinda like GMC and Chevrolet trucks.
HP Blacklisted. I found this video entertaining and watched it not too long after my scanner on my HP printer just up and decided it doesn't scan anymore only being a couple years old.
HP and Dell are pure trash.
It is just like a lousy developed half-fished game; people keep buying them. There are better brands than HP.
I have an hp desktop from 2010 and i can see alot of simelar things inside the chassis😂
