I encountered a wheels within wheels gyroscopic spherical craft with counterotating rings anchored 90degrees top n bottom and black ⚫️ things all along edges that kinda looked like eyes and a glowing humanoid in the center of the craft .

We have likely had this tech for 80 or more years. At least we understood somewhat, it by that point.
