I took a video of something very similar 4 days later at about the same time of night in the UK. type in YouTube 'gosport, Hampshire ufo 9th January 2017' is a mufon video. They both look very very similar. There were also several other videos from other witnesses over the next few weeks that were published on news sites of similar lights

You can hear the high pitch of the tiny rotary blades buzzing round at the beginning of the video. Unless it's a GIANT MOSQUITO humming near the microphone.
