Somethings wrong. I swear I found all the skulltulas in Kokiri forest and the Deku tree, but for some reason the map is telling me it’s not clear. Anyone know why that could be?

I've been playing this game for a VERY long time, since I was a little kid actually, but I've really been playing it seriously since around 2008. I've lost count of how many times I've replayed this game over and over again, but my best record in getting these without any assistance is only 80. After about 15 years of no guides I guess I have no choice but to look it up. Thanks for this.

If you don't feel like hunting play the song of storms at the castle and jump into the light as the Gold Skulltula is collected. The spider will reappear do this process until you reach 100. Save your progress as you go because if you mess up the spider will no longer appear.
The one that confuses me is the one Skulltula in the room with the baby Dodongo’s. I saw this guide that said you can get it as either child or adult link. It says as a kid I can kill it with the boomerang but I don’t see how
