Love Season 2 and the improvements the Devs have made. Looking forward to the next content drop!
Played at launch religiously for a month quit in August and Season 1. Bought on Steam Deck last week and season 2 brought me back in and enjoyed playing it mobile. Also got 3 Uber uniques from duriel so I enjoyed so far my experience. Rng Jesus been kind with Duriel Selig amulet 2 shako and doom. Agreed hate helltide

You should do more of these. I searched "Diablo 4 State of the Game" and your video was the first to pop up. I'm still waiting to return to hell because I know that the game should have been released with these QoL changes, instead of creating the illusion that improvements are being made months and years after the game is out. We've seen it with previous Diablos… why is it still happening? When billions of dollars are involved in the creation of a project, wouldn't you expect it to be "best in class?" I just can't force myself to play the game when it's so blatantly obvious that i'm being played. Then you have to do it all over again every three months? I can't even. Miss me with that… my bs radar takes no prisoners.
I've seen the negative and positive comments since preseason. There are many positive comments here. Great. I prefer to be optimistic when it comes to real life. When i'm trying to relax and enjoy a game, you bet your ass i'm going to be critical about how i'm using my free time. I also approach many conversations as a devil's advocate. It's boring when you're just agreeing with everyone… there is a time and a place to be a yes man. You'd be lying to yourself and everyone else if you said that the game is great and that's it.
I got 16 mother's embrace and 20 hunter zenit and even more salvaged lucky hit gloves after 500 hours…no thx…

there re some strange things happeing in this game, you dont have bags space for loot, you dont have a endgame that is meaningfull. and the gam is just to easy, and the only endgame boss, is just overtooned with one shot meqanics. whats the point to even keep playing when you have done the story.

Having a much better time with Mario Wonder and actually just rebooted a 2nd run through of Subnautica after hearing DM gush over it all year lol.

Feels a bit late for me too start, so ima wait for season 3, but from what ive heard is that season 2 is decent, so hopefully season 3 can do better

Made it to level 10 and realized that D4 is one of the most lackluster game around. I’m still in disbelief I spent 100 on it.

Game is boring asf still done it all . There’s better games and u guys making content should hunt for other developers who deserve attention . Activision is a criminal organization Diablo is not fun . Who ever has time and waste it on Diablo u have no life to live . This game is so boring . After 100 and beating every boss u don’t need a Uber if u made a build that one shots everything the game is pointless . No wings , no endgame , no hard bosses the game is like having a cat they’re pointless pets they sit around all day u feed them clean there crap they ruin your furniture and u feed a bum who naps 8 times a day ……. These gamers these days are crazy cat guys 😂

I’ve been thoroughly enjoying it. Last season I stopped at 76, I’m currently 93 and still not bored. Looking forward to hitting 100.
They need to increase the drops rate of uniques in NMD. All the good uniques are locked behind Duriel.
Diablo 4 has me convinced I just don't like ARPG's. I've been playing FFXIV, and it's been leagues more fun and entertaining than D4 in all capacities.
I dunno, I haven't even brought myself to playing this season, I like Duriel but the last season burnt me out and nothing really screams come back and play. Also just been busy.
Season 1 forced me to go outside, now I've been spending more time outside the PC seems less interesting.

So is there much point playing seasonal? Everyone talking bout their levels like it gets reset?
95% of my playtime on any character is post lvl 100. how do people quit before that? you are SO far away to having a strong and fun character to play.

the game is trash, it would need a overhaul for itemization to begin with and simply not worth people's time imho. the grind is boring

Vanilla D4 i got a sorcerer to lvl 92 and lost interest, S1 i got a druid to lvl 88 and lost interest. In S2 I Got to level 100 on my necro and my first ever uber unique: the Grandfather. Definitely had the most fun in this season, but there definitely is still work to do to this game to get it to where it should be.
Got a sorc to level 64 and a druid to level 71 ended up stop playing altogether. Everything I need now is tied to Helltides which sucks because Helltides is pretty bad and I wish it was more like Blood Harvest zones.
Everything about Living Steel is a pain. I finally farmed a chest on Torment, got 3 living steel, realized I need 5 for the boss and haven't done another. Between invisible chests and a lack of time to play, it's just not a good investment for me.
I've killed duriel twice and the problem is that living steel. Pretty much most of the time I log on there are no helltides at all so with the build I'm playing I feel pretty much stuck at doing "other" stuff. I've made it to nm73 on a lightning shred druid, which isn't the build I want to play but I need the tempest roar. If I ever did this again I'd go with something like the pulverize druid it just feels better to play. The resource management in this game, ie the builders, feels bad not sure what else to say. To no surprise I very much enjoyed the lightning ball sorc but knowing it's probably going to get destroyed and never played again in season 3 and beyond I had little interest in keeping playing it. Mostly right now I'm trying to find a build that I enjoy playing so testing various things but want to avoid builds that require a certain rare unique etc. Is it just me or do uniques drop a lot less frequently in nightmare dungeons than before? Nothing might have changed since the launch of the game but the leveling speed could have made it appear like they drop less.
This game is not for playing with friends and not for anyone who wants to spend a lot of time with. It gets boring real fast. And oh wait it will reset every 3 months.

This season is great, got me back into playing again. However I agree with your point apo Helltide. Helltide is by far the worst of all the events. I hope they will rework it next season

I don't know man. Calling Diablo 4 2 "incomplete" after houndreds of hours of playtime just feels unfair. I get your point about the the new bosses being "midgame", i.e. content that ties you down from level 70 to 95….but that still quite a lot.
I think it's absurd to expect a game to deliver so much content for such a long period.
I beat Duriel at level 86-87 but it was a 15 minute fight that was ultra hard
Yet again I get burned out around level 75 and don't get to 100 something about this game is a real chore for me to get through in 70-100 my original release character stuck at 75 because yawn, my season 1 character is 74 and the random barb I made is 45
I still haven't played any seasons, and don't plan to go back to Diablo IV until they actually improve the gameplay of skills and dungeons. It is not worth it otherwise. Seasons are just window dressing. They need to fix the core of the game.
Yeah is a lot better I feel like you level a little but faster and players who wanna level to 100 and then get another character to that level it’s definitely a lot better
