MC4 connectors are by far the most common in the solar industry today. It has become the industry standard for many reasons, including its high reliability and ease of use. Its design features a single-contact cylindrical plug and socket shell design that helps it maintain secure and stable electrical connections. These connectors also have a built-in locking mechanism that prevents accidental disconnections, making them ideal for both residential and commercial solar installations.
