This episode we finally make our way back to the Moonlight Altar. Aside from wrapping up the Ranni quest here which was done previously we also gain access to Rannis Dark Moon and Black Knife Tiche this time, a legendary spell and legendary ashen summon we need for our platinum trophy.

For the red wolf fight, I ran straight in to the building with the smithing 8 stone and not sure if it’s bugged, but stayed in there whilst the wolf was attacking and killed him without getting hit🤣

Alecto is the most fun fight I've had in Elden Ring so far. The Bell Bearing hunter in Caelid was tougher for me.

i managed to defeat Alecto on my third or forth attempt without cheasing him. git gud cowboy
I did Alecto straight after Astel and i really love that fight

For the evergaol, a 100% physical damage negation shield helps soooo much. Just learn to dodge his fancier attacks and you’re all good.
I used irdtree great shield and it was fantastic
Having a little pickle here… Made a mistake warped mid-hunt for the beasts. Now I have restarted the game, no beasts. Started the quest again. No beasts. What am I doing wrong?
The every jail was very easy with the Starscourge Greatsword.

The dragons near 11:16 area are much tougher than the ones at greyroll but each one drops a Dragon Heart
Easiest way i found to beat the red wolf was to go immediately to one of those gazebos and fight him from inside there

Using Torrent Is a great solution to red wolves, Just run side ways with lock on, and when there's a moment dash in, and hit him once. Ride out, repeat (Make sure to keep torrent alive with flasks if needed).
Felt so in control of that Alecto fight, dodging every attack, felt so good lmfao

No need to parry the spells, just dodge and bonk him with the great stars 😵💫
Going into the gazebo works for the redwolf. Still chaotic but you have a chance. Use the columns to protect yourself against the spells. When he goes into gazebo he will likely hit you but gives the chance to strike him back. Good luck!
Alecto easy mode, zero cheeze: STR build with a greatshield. Bait the smaller attacks from mid-range. Too close and you bait the wrong attacks, too far and she just spams the dagger wave (easy dodge). Look for the litle bounce off and punish accordingly. If you're lucky she'll do the jump&plunge, roll away and hammer a charged heavy once. Don't get greedy, be patient and only punish bounces and that jump attack.
Alecto is weak too frost damage
You know the Earth shake attack form Rykard that is impossible to dodge, yeah slap vow the indominable on a shield and gg
bro ive bit my tongue for the past 6 episodes… because this was kind of the tip for me…
i stopped this game a year ago, due to how horrendously planned and all over your walkthrough is.. stopped on episode 42 and just stopped playing… picked the game up, continued where i left off, man.. why is this shit so disorganized… i remember why i stopped this walk through, i feel its better i just start a NG under a walkthough that gets me plat in 30episodes clear and concise.. like im not hating, but wtf was 10:49??? this type of BS happens so often in the walkthrough.
so as im dying and fighting to stay alive bc you said specifically, we have to for this quest line… you lead us in to a deathttrap, i have invisible guys on screen, and u flustered in my ear leading me ina circle…. again.
