The mask is the mask from the mask
i think the rift will be something that connects kratos to other pantheons like a plot point where he goes to other pantheons to stop the gods from trying to look in to it because infinite knowledge brings in uncontrollable chaos its a cheap way to make more games and connect them to these ones and i honestly dont mind it because i love the god of war games and sindri will definitely be a major part in the possible atreus standalone game
Here are my ideas,
1. The Horn = Baldur.
2. The mask/Rift =A glitch in the matrix or a way to become all-knowing.
3. Mythologies = Just a way to continue the story, I doubt there is a connection.
4. The dragons = Lazy developers.
5. Sindri = There wasn't a question… Just information.
6. Faye = It would have to be a sickness of some sort for her to die out of nowhere. There wasn't a fight because Kratos would've sought revenge. She died of something simple, as such.
Since Atreus is Loki, I assume the mask in God of War is the mask from the Jim Carrey film The Mask, which was said to be Loki's in the movie.
Baltr was the one it was the blew the horn….i feel like they said that later in the game
The mask I believe is a creation of Loki in Norse mythology the god of mischief.
Mask and rift -> Multiversum possibility anchor? non-god of war-player here
The biggest question left unanswered for me is… who the FUCK called Jörmungandr in the first game when Kratos and Atreus hear it… who would have called him. Who else in the world aside from Mimir and Jötuns speak Jötun. Who would call the snake if they can’t speak it’s language. Who would have the balls to do so.
no lore about mask, I think i've heard of a "THE MASK" of loki
It was Freyas son who blew the horn then fought the world serpent???
Barlog said it was Baldur who blew the horn
Us after the Egyptian saga: “WHO BLEW THAT FUCKING HORN!?”
Best game ever made
Brilliant performance from Adam Harrington playing as Sindri. That scene with him and Loki at the shop still gets me.
I always thought baldur blew the horn in GoW 2018 because doesn’t it say he knocks it out just right after? It’s been a while since i played
It was Baldur
What happened to the dragons freed in the other game? The ones that got torn into dwarves.
The Gjallahorn theory is so dumb, if Gjallahorn was so strong to echo through realms, then if everyone heard it? Wouldn't everyone panic thinking Ragnarök just started?? Heimdall would be looking around for his horn and Odin would be screaming at him "DID YOU BLOW THE HORN!?"
I want to know what happened to Jormungandr. I mean we seen in Ragnarok that Thor punched him do hard to the point he got sent back in time. So what timeline did he go to and is there anyway for him to get back???
Also another potential candidate for blowing the horn could be Angrboda or one of her parents. Angrboda is a character introduced in God of War Ragnarok and is associated with Atreus’s prophecy. Given her knowledge of Jormungandr’s language and her role in ensuring Atreus fulfills his destiny, it is speculated that she or her family members might have summoned the serpent.
Ratatoskr asked how Kratos got to norse mythology, Kratos said he got there on foot or by sea
Baldur blowed the horn btw
Didn't Baldur sound the horn in 2018 though? Well atleast that's what I thought either him or Thors son. And maybe Faye had a time limit on her lifespan as a giant. Idk I would say maybe she transferred her soul to the axe but that wouldn't make much sense.
Biggest question they left that they all are gods but still travels on boat
i could be mistaken but in norse mythology loki was the one who created the mask so in theory thats why arteus has a connection to it since he is loki
baldur called the serpent idiot…
7:40 The perfect title for that Spin-off would be Atreus: The boy´s story/ Atreus: The Story of the Boy.
6:40 This is the saddest moment of all God of War Ragnarok… Man I wanted to go there and just hug Sindri
Kratos kill Faye
Kratos traveling to Scandinavia was shown and explained in one of the god of war comics. Kratos was shown leaving a destroyed Greece and traveling to Egypt by boat. He then went on a short journey and spoke with Athena and one of the Egyptian gods in the higher plane of existence. He's shown at the the end of the comic arriving in Scandinavia.
so basically ragnarok didn't answer any of GOW 2018's big questions
My question is did durlin know that the tyr Atreus ended up rescuing was in fact odin
The biggest question is why the video lengh is 9 11
Sindri is a bittersweet ending ontop of the beautiful endings of faye and the 2, kratos and artreus, kratos's life as a god of war and the end of ragnarok
Feel like at least most of these are better left unanswered
I wanna know what's gonna happen when Sindry sees the real Tyr.
The Mask is a bait to keep the spectator hooked.
i wanna know wtf thought it was a good idea to put 3 berserkers together in a fight
Faye realy hit kratos with the "MICHAEL JORDAN"
Baldur blew the horn to lure them out; the Tear is the Giants information since there kind came first & why Loki has a connection.
Kratos got to midgard with a travel rune he found, its found in the 2018 game
