One of those structures from Peru reminds me of a door way with handle on the side to open it. I think I seen a video with something similar to that from Egypt or middle eastern country.

They would have left exposed Advanced Electrical and Mechanical Technology for them to be remembered and manufactured buildings and bases from their known alloys and composites, leaving also components and power systems that were used to maintain them as well as preserve them.
They would not have built something so non advanced such as stone structures, only a earthly civilization would attempt to recreate things they witnessed with known materials using methods they had learned by the desires of their ability to be creative! Iron smelting and crafting has existed for over 7,000 years, it has not completely been documented due to lost sites where it would have remained as evidence do to the amount of plate shifting and sinking of civilizations the earth has experienced in the past 6,000 years!
If we as mankind were not able to develop technologies from our own internal "Desires, Dreams and Imagination" and have the ability to make things possible just by the stubborn-ness of man not being willing to give up on finding solutions, we would still be cave dwellers that have to throw stones at our prey and eat our dinner completely raw! The One gift that came with Adam and Lylith's creation "First man and woman" was the advancement of the human mind and desires to advance their own lives over 40,000 years ago we would still be nowhere!
