If someone stood there long enough to get those pictures on their phone, why would they not record video of the event?
The " twister" video is separate …just there to show a natural weather accurence that might be seen as something else…the videos are stock videos .

I’m confused is the video part with the what looks to be like a small twister on the mountain top supposed to be the location of this this sighting and another thing can people who live in these locations that see this type of stuff more than normal invest in a DSLR or Mirrorless Camera and 100mm-500mm or 600mm lens maybe a 70-200 and just have it in the bag or on hand because these camera phones just aren’t doing this what I believe to be real issues all around the world justice we need real cameras out for this stuff in these areas blurry images just don’t do this reality justice.
