im worried about diablo 4

You gotta be out of your mind naive to think that the same team of people that released this crap is gonna be able to make a good and interesting system that rival.. anything else on the market. This should have been good on launch. They have have almost an infinite amount of manpower, money, experience, inspiration.. whatever you can think of, to draw from and all they could deliver was this.. shit. They have shown their incompetence. Nothing is gonna change unless they make some drastic changes. But no, it's the same people, trying to fix mistakes that shouldnt have been there in the first place. They should just let it die at this point. Its fundamentally broken. Hire a new team, or let other more competent people into key positions, and work on diablo 5.

Tbh at this point I'm playing other genres of games while waiting for poe2. What they're promising is way more appealing to me than what D4 promises, not even talking about what we already have. There are some core stuff that probably won't change that feels very underwhelming to me like talent trees, class fantasy as a whole, feeling of progression, etc.

i quit playing d4 when s1 launched, watched everything burned from a distance, then s2 came tried it again and it was the same boring game tbh, tbf im not a seasonal player, im not going to grind those lvls again but the changes to the major problems that made the game boring are still there, who whouldve though i would miss d3…

Sounds a lot like excuses and a desperate pitch to wait until it gets better. Problem is I don't want to wait a year for a game to fix a broken release. If you want to be a pitchman for Blizzard, be up front about it. Be honest with your viewers. D4 is broken. Broken on release. Broken further by patch/nerfs. The plea to wait it out is ludicrous and self serving.

My buddy convinced me to buy D4 and he bought the biggest collectors play early BS, I just got the standard. We beat it, got to Tier 4 and then .. I haven't touched it since. My first time buying a Diablo game and definitely my last

While I'm excited for the itemization changes, I'm nervous. Because the people who put all these affixes in and created the current system really feel like they do not play JARPGs at all. It's not fun it's just a slog and feels like they "created things" to say they created things. LOOK AT ALL THESE AFFIXES, WOW! when 75% of them are not fun or mean nothing. And yeah you're right, it took them WAY too long to fix a lot of the things. It should not take every 2 seasons to release a bunch of QoL (standard ones, btw) and patches to the game. This sounds like a hate post, but it's not. I'm glad S2 was awesome, here's hoping they keep delivering.

we already spend hours to lvl up our glyphs and now they are introducing a new glyph which will be gone after season that I cant even carry to eternal realm and the amount of time to lvl up that things is ''CRAZY''

If PoE2 comes out of the gate swinging, there are going to be serious retention issues for D4 in its current state.
