The first one looks like a parachute flair to me. At Machu Picchu 3:43 there is a second object that flies in the foreground and follows a similar flight path, I think both object may be some kind of lens effect from a reflective object not in the frame.
Funny story driving home a few days ago I noticed a bright orb look-a-like around the evening time that looked pretty similar. Assumed it was something since I'm a UFO buff lol and I'm not the only one

alright look at the picchu where it blinks out i observed it… it actually where it disappears now look closely way in the back you will see it looks like a tiny tiny spec just after yhe third blink its so small you can barely see it….

It could be a bird on the eruption video quite easily! What if the bird is simply flying over the water closer to the camera, giving the illusion that its a larger object going over the volcano? On the close up, you can see areas above the object that shift rhythmically. Looks like a bird to me.
Analyze? Analyzing something is NOT blindly conjuring conspiracy theories as to why a blur flashes across a screen. You couldn't sound more unprofessional if you tried. And the worst part is, some of this footage is quite amazing. The running commentary is not.

If I may make a polite observation: the self-shot video of the rods in what looks like a forest is most likely a moth or some other winged insect that is leaving a trail similar to the other insects leaving trails in the background. The chip in the digital video camera is compensating for a low frame rate, showing a trail for anything fast moving in the frame, and what appears to be a rod are the wings of the winged insect in the foreground; it's visible in its digital trail due to proximity to the camera and relative angle to the camera and the sun's backlighting. On a high speed film camera still picture, I think my observation would be more visible.
