They are birds. The seagulls do that all the time in AC. Im in AC right now and the birds do this all the time. I saw a special on tv showing the micro drones, but in atlantic city it is a flock of seagulls. The hotels have spotlights on the roof and the birds hang out up there for some reason. It looks like the birds are glowing because the seagulls are mostly white.

Why do people think they want to harm us? Have they yet? They've been watching and visiting us for thousands of years and probably a lot longer. Sure people have been abducted, and some I'm sure have not come back. Then u have the cattle mutilations which still happen. Most aliens aren't here to harm us. Some are, no doubt. We have a greater threat from our own Governments believe me. The human race, and its anarchic views are more troubling. Quite frankly if I was an alien, I'd not contact us. Our Governments don't want peace. They thrive and make money from wars. They don't give a rats arse about us.
