I've had that numerous times, what Tracey talked about with someone asking a question, and the answer just comes out of your mouth, and you are surprised by it yourself. Also had this where I'm almost asleep, but listening to a podcast or something, and they talk about something, like a question about something, and an answer pops up in my mind. I have gone and checked some of the answers and they have been correct some times. WEIRD but cool!

Paused an hour in, when they’re talking about trauma vs slowed down state inducing connection with these beings: I had a combination of both. Broken hearted and deeply searching for an understanding of a real world connection I did a 6wk course of breathwork. This was years ago and I haven’t made any progress, either in my ability to let go of this person, or in my understanding of how the anomalous experiences connect, and they do connect in the strangest way.
Edited to add: This talk felt so aligned. Tracey is wonderful, I even laughed at one moment and said “Are you my long lost sister??“ 😂 New sub, tysm 🐬🧡

Long time Lucid dreamer here. I am currently practising producing an OBE when Im in a lucid dream.
One way which works rather well is to just lay down on the floor and close the eyes (while in a lucid dream).
Have had tons of other paranormal and alien experiences.
I am very grateful for these things because they have changed my worldview.
Here's a suggestion for a future video, Richard and Tracey: you guys must disagree or at least have different theories about abductions and contact. And I bet even individually each of you might be split on a subject or two. You should make a video contrasting those different perspectives and exposing the intuition/gut feeling or rationales/research defending each.
Kinda like what you, Richard, do sometimes exposing rationales from David Jacobs VS Barbara Lamb's, which are both interesting and valid theories. But now exposing divergences you two might have. I bet we'd get a very interesting video!!!
Also bonus points on doing something good: the world needs to learn how to celebrate and accept (even when continuing to disagree) different perspectives more often.

Very interesting. I do feel that the et aspect brings in a certain darkness and duplicity. Not to mention the govt. I do energy healing, so things are framed in love, light, safety and integrity. Same game, but much lighter! That goat thing sounds just like the darkest of black magic tbh. 😥
If you "sweep" your energy enough and make a conscious effort while doing so; you will eventually start to feel stuff moving around that you hadn't noticed before.

I have a bit of a random question, I'm asking more specifically about the possibility of metaphysical/spiritual beings & energy. I was wondering, if different entities/spirits & non-human entities exist in some capacity in dimensions or realities we cant interact with, what happens to them when the earth is destroyed? Like in a few billion years when sun goes super nova or some other ELE and earth is burnt to a crisp or utterly destroyed? Do the spirits & other entities move on to another planet/universe/reality/way point? OR would they just be obliterated in some way or maybe transformed in some non recognizable way? Where the energy/info is just a messy unintelligible jumble? Srry for the unrelated question .👍
