So if light is slowing down while traversing all these different mediums and gravitational bodies, wouldn't it take the phrase "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" to a whole new level?

I admit complete failure to understand this presentation. Without going into details I will say that I am a retired physicist turning age 91 this year. My professional career includes working with Hans Oort, Maarten Schimdt, and VanDe Hulst. Look them up and you will understand my background. Each of them is noted for significant contributions to the structure of the universe.

I suggest the current presentation be revised to eliminate the mixed use of completely un-related terms and effects. It will take time and effort but would potentially make the presentation much more understandable.

Thanks for the interesting as always content Chris, one thing I would like to mention regarding the nutrition and calorie argument, as someone who’s been accurately tracking calories and macronutrients for over 10 years as a competitive Powerlifter athlete and works with a registered dietitian, as well as helping others with their goals at many different age ranges, I can say the reason most people’s diets don’t work is they actually DO NOT accurately and consistently track calories and macronutrients, most importantly protein. The science is actually very straight forward on this subject. I would recommend checking out Layne Nortons content on this subject who has a PHD in the field relating to nutrition and exercise. Also Diet Coke and other non calorie drinks are some of the best and most popular choices for bodybuilders or other athletes who are on a calorie restricted diet. There is zero actually evidence that they contribute to fat gain or cause health problems in normal amounts. Anything you see that says otherwise is a warped study or a exaggerated claim such as it can cause health issues but doesn’t say that you would need to consume more of the artificial sweeteners in one sitting then it would take water to drown you. And also the WHO saying it can possibly cause cancer while in the same tier as using a cell phone and being present by car exhaust. Hopefully that can be of some clarification and cause for further research if you’d like. Again thanks for the consistent and entertaining content !

@chris You mentioned the Nazca mummies might be dolls. The dolls that were found at an airport recently are indeed dolls. The artist who made them has always publicly said so. The Peruvian ministry of culture is trying to convince people the mummies are artefacts so they can legally claim them. The scientists who studied them are suing the Peruvian ministry of culture to prove they are beings so that they can legally keep them. The real Nazca mummies are the real deal. They will soon unveil mummies of a giant creature and a Grey looking one. I hope then, people will take them more seriously. All the mummies have been found in caves in the Nazca area. 40+ scientists have examined the bodies and concluded they used to be living beings. I like your videos though. 🙂

Here is my take on what space is: everything in our Universe is subject to quantum entanglement. Every quantum component is entangled with every other quantum component. They are all connected. Spacetime is the mechanism of thus entanglement. Ok so how would this work? Well, the unuverse began a single quantum event, kind of like the formation of a pair of virtual particles, and everything ever since is still entangled with this original quantum state. In effect, the original quanta shares its existence with every component part of the universe. The resulting effect of this sharing process is the spacetime field. The mechanics of this process:- think of each quantum paricle as one possible representation of the original quantum. Using a simple math analogy originally y=10. Now y=1+3+3+2+1. Thus just simplistic visualisation. The sharing of the original quantums existence amonst every other quantum particle means that each quantum can now only exists as a probability. In an expanding universe this results in the warping of spacetime around concentrations of energy or mass. The Universal Gravitational constant isn't a constant, it just changes very very slowly. Its increasing which means gravity is slowly getting stronger. Eventually all energy and matter will become completely gravitationally collapsed (as in singularity). Hence our universe (bubbls existence) will return to where it came from. You can actually derive an equation for G using thus idea which gives G=2C^3xT/M where T is the age of the universe and M is the total mass/energy of the universe. It also predicts a repulsive gravirational force which becomes stronger with increasing distance and an effect I call antigravirational geothermal heat induction. This is because any large body should generate its own internal heat. Lets just say I was not suprised when the New Horizon probe discovered geological activity on Pluto. Anyway it is just a hypothesis.

If the universe is symmetrical in density then light would appear to be unaffected by gravity because it would be pulled equally in both directions and so gravity's effect would be cancelled out. Unless the effects of gravity were different relative to distance or some other effect.
