ET's don't use portals as they are too unstable both natural portals & ET created portals. ET's will use portals for sending non critical things such as technology, minerals anything non living that is acceptable if lost but they don't sent lifeforms through portals at all. There are roughly 3 forms of space travel that ET's use depending on their technological abilities, they will use the slower of the 3 which is Faster Than Light travel, they will use a network between stars & black holes which higher technological ET's use because it's much faster & then there are the ET's that most would see as God Like because they can travel any distance, from galaxy to galaxy, universe to universe instantaneously simply by changing frequencies from their origin frequency to their destination frequency & they disappear & reappear at the destination without any time ticking over. These ET's use frequency maps to travel the cosmos & their Sentient A.I.'s do all the work to make the ships go anywhere the crew wants. The A.I.'s truly love & care for every member of their crew & helps out all the time without ever questioning because the crew also loves & cares about their A.I. as she is a loving member of the crew who is equally if not more important than each & every crew member.

Nearly 98% of the UFO's seen these days are all home grown government or secret government or breakaway civilization all man made UFO's as all ET UFO's must be camouflaged so that we human's don't see them. If we were to actually see the number of ET UFO's in the sky during the daytime then everyone would freak out due to the shear number of traffic going everywhere, there is enough ET UFO traffic in the sky during the day to seriously blot out a great deal of the sun due to the millions of UFO space crafts zipping everywhere as they are busy doing their work without us being any the wiser of them in the background. This is why governments for years have been making every effort to say ppl are crazy if they see & believe in UFO's. The governments all know about the UFO's, they secretly meet with the ET's all the time but there is a group of human's that control all the business in the world who control all the governments strictly tell them that the ppl are not to know anything because this group would lose their power over us.
