Greedy Hill has to be one of my favorite shrines. Not so hard and you get rupees as well as other treasure. You can extend the time by going back and forth before getting the treasure chests and pick up a tidy sum.

It's like a dousing rod, it beeps if you're going in the right direction and stops beeping if you're facing the wrong way.
