To those who do not know, here is a helpful tip: During this boss battle, if you do not have the Biggoron sword as a backup, the next best thing to use is the Megaton hammer. Then once you stun him with the Light Arrow enough times, the ring of fire will disappear, run next to Zelda, pick it up and continue the fight 🙂
This is the second version because the original version had red blood when you kill Ganon but too many people complained about that so they edited that out and replaced it with green blood. They also changed the fire temple music.

2nd best is when the sages open up the realm to throw ganondorf in 2 of my fave scenes EVER this was my favorite game but my n64 broke so i couldnt play it nemore !
in order to get the master sword back u have to beat ganon once to the point hes stunned and the ring of fire around u will fade and it will be stuck in the ground next to zelda go and retrieve it and the battle will continue
the scene showing LinK slash the z in ganons forehead is the best scene in the whole game
