There are different possibilities. These things could be secret skunk work projects. But if they are, I think it is technology from off world beings. They physics that seems to be manipulated by these craft are theoretical for us. Albeit physics that's a very real possibility were it not for our lacking technology like time travel, faster than light travel, warp bubble technology and so on. People have been describing craft like this and the way they move for years. Maybe even millennia. I've seen stories that strongly suggest a real possibility that these craft have been in human possession from recovered reckage. It could be that even though the physics that can be manipulated by these craft are theoretical, humans have figured out how to use and copy engineer these craft. The cell phones that people use every day are governed by very complicated physics. Even quantum mechanics. Well the two “events” aren’t the same. Video 1 the light descends and rests for +/- 30 seconds before shooting up. Video 2 it rests for 3 seconds before shooting up.

The second clip shows the light hovering for a much shorter time but i found the same clip on youtube and the light light does hover for the same amount of time as the first clip. It was edited to shorten the clip.
