Realme’s 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ got official earlier this week, and now it’s almost time for a third member to join the family. We’re talking about the ‘vanilla’ Realme 13 4G. This will be launching in Indonesia on August 7, with the first flash sale taking place a day later, on August 8.
According to Realme Indonesia’s teaser website, the Realme 13 4G is powered by the Snapdragon 685 SoC, and it has a 120 Hz AMOLED touchscreen. The phone will charge at 67W and will be offered in Pioneer Green and Skyline Blue.
It will have 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, a 5,000 mAh battery, and a “portrait camera” using Sony’s Lytia LYT-600 sensor with OIS.
Interestingly, the chipset, camera, RAM amount, screen type and refresh rate, battery capacity and charging are all identical to what we’ve seen in the Realme 12 4G which was announced in June. So the Realme 13 4G could just end up being a rebadged Realme 12 4G, in order for people buying it not to feel like they have a last-generation product.
Of course, this is all speculation on our part. The good news is we’ll find out exactly what’s what in just five days.
