Man I haven't seen this one in forever. If it is real and I believe it probably is I don't think it's an ET or ED. It looks like a test flight. Most likely government piloting something they made. How they knew how to make it is the question.

Other commenters call BS and CGI. Yeah, seems CGI. Aside from the ship looking CGI, with lack of shadows from it, also consider this film clip seems “staged” like other CGI ufo clips. Consider this: The ship magically appears at the right side of scene and the camera stabilizes with less or no blur. The cameraman just happens to be in the right spot to catch the ship slowly traveling left- to-right. The ship then stops, or hovers, right in front of the cameraman as he is filming. More outrageously, the ship, at that moment, decides to flip out these fins and other structures, hovers momentarily, then retracts the fins and structures into the ship body, all, mind you, while just happening to be right in front of the camera, then the ship slowly exits to the left, slow enough for the cameraman to pan out to a wide shot to see the craft move out over the causeway/bridge, and with a last bit of filming “luck”, the cameraman gets a shot of the ship taking off at super-high speed. I, too, have to call this BS, with a carefully crafted scene, perfect for a CGI hoaxed craft.
I guess it does happen that someone is in the right place at the right time. I’m thinking it is real and is being piloted for the first time. Also thinking it is a production model,.one of ours.
