With these things always seeming to be encountered off the coast of California it points pretty directly to it being a drone manufactured by Lockheed, Northrop or Boeing…they all have facilities within a couple hundred miles of most of the footage featured of the “Tic-Tacs.” Either that, or we’re talking about something produced off-planet by non-terrestrial beings…what would be most helpful is to find out if anyone has seen any of these craft up close to ascertain if they are “imagi-fabbed” (created atom-by-atom as a semi-sentient being as well as a craft) or with panels, rivets and an aluminum/spec metal alloy skin with well-defined separate systems like craft produced by humans on Earth (see Mark McCandlish’s technical illustration of “flux liner”).
