There is more than ocular evidence in some of the cases. The UFOs were picked up by various military equipments. As with Oumuamua, it is “just” a question of interpretation. The military appears to have scrutinised the data and determined there is no explanation for these objects and their antics. It could be a number of things including something of extraterrestrial origin.
While I agree experiments and data collection are a great next step, what I was really looking forward to was his thoughts under the assumption that we have indeed witnessed such technology in our skies and the likelihood such technology is man made. Fantastic video of course!
