That's a manmade antigravity vehicle that everyone know is manmade in any level in the aerospace with any level of clearance knows. Do not go along with we have a threat from aliens. Well, those UFOs (aka euphemistically UAPs) bore no inscriptions "We Are Alien Craft", but, on the other hand, what can they possibly be? Their non-human origin cannot of course be ruled out, given their technological characteristics. We don't have such technologies, period.
