they have massive discount in June on download version on switch due to summer holidayssss
Plays great on the switch. The trade off of processing power for portability is well worth it.
it kinda have its own charm
this is like getting black ops 3 to run on a wii
Nothing better than 23fps and sound cutting out as you travel
I'm just here to see the XBOX One performance.
No shiny hair and static windows instead if animated things happening. But it looks like it plays fine. Im just glad to get my sister this game for my sister on her switch, because she loves Harry Potter even though she is not an avid gamer with a beefy PC. Thanks to the developers for understanding whats important.
So what you're saying is, as long as you've never played it on another system and you're not too fussy… it's great?
The game is glitchy at idk what y’all talkin about
The Switch version looks like a PS2 game lmao.
Why would you ever play a game like this on a handheld console?
The game it self is 🗑️ but know it legit looks like 💩
Nah I'll play on Steam Deck instead thanks
It must be Summertime at Hogwarts since everyone seems to be out of town.
Xbox one don’t even look that bad fr
if its can play in swith ,. im sure it can play in mobile
Merlin beards. Enjoy it so far from my switch. Yeah, graphic and loading time is quite bad, but who care.
To anyone saying it looks terrible, just go play it on your ps5, this is for people who have no other options to play it 🙂
You’re making the new Harry Potter game it will sell millions and be a great game for a whole generation of gamers
Devs: 🥳🥳🥳
You’re on the Switch port
Devs: 🫠
Hot garbage. "…your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
So basically it looks like the Witcher??
Man politics the only reason this didn’t get GOTY nomination
It doesn't really look bad given what the game is. And it only gets better from here.
Comparison between xbox, which you can only play with a tv, vs nintendo switch, which is a handheld console, is somehow unfair. For something this big, nintendo switch outdid itself for this one. You can literally play hogwarts legacy anywhere.
The switch version of games are equivalent to the PSP versions of games back in 2005
But how does it take to load? Are we going to be sitting for 1-2 minutes every time the game is loaded and initialized (like HOTD remake or like Skyrim..or even FFX remaster?)
"BuT pOkEmOn ScArLeTt AnD vIoLeT aRe RuNnInG oN oUtDaTeD sOfTwArE."
They have no excuse, and we knew that for a long time! This game is a prime example that Gamefreak doesn't know how to sell a fluid game and work with the technology they're associated with.
If you cant afford and PS5 or Xbox One then get the dumbed down version on Switch. For best portable then get a Stean Deck.
This is so much better than battle for bikini bottom rehydrated on switch
Fewer*
Step 1 sell your switch. Step 2 buy a steam deck Oled. Step 3 buy Hogwarts Legacy.
The developers did an amazing job to run it this smoothly on the Switch.
Time to release Switch 2.
It’s crazy how the switch literally makes the game look older. But the developers really did try their best.
Man, Nintendo needs to drop the Switch 2 already. Putting so much extra work on developers with that outdated hardware.
It's a 6 year old handheld, being sold for less than USD 200
just take Hogwarts with you wherever you go, and this is impressive.
And yes, if you have a PS5 or XSX at home, this is obviously NOT for you
Comparing this to Pokemon Legends Arceus and Scarlet and Violet is insane
Now we need Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on Switch
Switch port makes Xbox One version look amazing 😂😂
LOL Sirona Ryan looks tired in the Switch version. 10:11 😂😂😂
Xbox one way better
The fact that there is even a playable version on the Switch is a marvel in its own.
really impressive work restyling some parts. some even look ever so slightly better than on xbox one
It’s just like magic!!!
Why did they even release this? So lame, smh.
Devs cast Reducto! On the game
