Job description: Salary Range: $70,400 – 88,000 (USD) AnnuallyWe are in search of an experienced Marketing Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of marketing initiatives to create captivating, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences that aim to increase website traffic and optimize conversion rates.Essential Duties/ Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of AB testing ongoing website enhancements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements
• Design and develop website layouts, features, and functionality to enhance user experience
• Develop and maintain website content
• Optimize websites for SEO and performance
• Implement tracking tools to analyze website traffic and user behavior
• Test and troubleshoot websites across multiple browsers and devices
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure websites are cutting edge

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a web developer with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
• Experience in WordPress development
• Experience in Acquia or similar platforms
• Minimum of 2 years of web development experience
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in VWO or similar AB testing platforms
• Experience using Google Tag Manager or equivalent
• Experience in using SFMC or equivalent in developing html-based emails
