For anyone that wants to download the steam trial version; I couldn't play any characters that were over the level cap.

Playing barb is such a joy, it took me a few months to make one and I'm having a blast with it. Zipping through the whole screen with Lunging Strike and Charge and feeling such impact on each blow is an absolute joy.

I just played for more than 2 hours. You get NO extended XP and not you don't even get the grim favors like you should. You do a 5 grim favors and get nothing for it. You also don't get the expended XP. So much for Blizzards promises.
Potent blood is already account wide though, so your Braggart's Cache "trick" really change anything, claim it on whatever character you want. I just started a new character and I had 33k potent blood from the moment I logged in.
I made a new character and all the Vampiric Blood I had on my Old Character was there for me to use on my new Character so I was already able to max all my vampire powers for my new character as soon as I acquired them.
That bonus doesn't matter if you get it on the wrong character….because Potent Blood carries over to any character you using.
Ya the potent blood keeps building up after everything's maxed out so its available to use on new characters to get a jump start on upgrading vampiric powers
