I'm loving this game! Feels like an old school arcade game! That feeling when you enter a big arcade and hear the bass from all the games going off all at once.
I miss that feeling and this game gives me that feeling…
It's a short game but easy to level up too.
Jest replay the missions and get the points I need, 3rd time playing from the beginning.
The one thing they should have put in this video is that there will be good update support.
I have watched the anime and played gungrave on ps2.

Holy crap I'm on mission 3 and I was thinking while playing that it would be great if you could play as Brandon Heat and he could kick in place of the coffin so that is awesome to know its real.

Brandon Heat is my spirit animal. I discovered Gungrave from the anime and proceeded to buy both games. Gungrave 2 was a blast~
the animation look rather…stiff
When the anime aired I was working in a place were we could play series. We started watching Gungrave and then we had people from the surrounding stores getting together to watch the anime in our store. We had like 15 people watching it without caring about their business (stores).
The anime starts off so good! Not bad anime overall though.

This game is so slow and janky it’s ridiculous. It’s feels like a game from the early 2000’s in a bad way! It doesn’t take the greatness of early 2000’s gameplay and integrate it into modern gameplay well at all. It’s very lazily made and executed. It feels, looks and plays like a 15 year old game. It could of been so good but definitely falls short.
Never expected GG to ever get another game. Loved the anime back then and had so much with the arcade style first game and also played a ton out of Overdose. I remember playing this for weeks with a good mate of mine, will definitely check this new one out!

Gungrave was my first PS2 game, I remembered got them at EB Games right after I got myself a PS2 from Costco bundle. Gungrave is my all time favorite game and anime. I still have physical copy of GG and GGOD (multiple copies because Walmart was selling them for $5).
Kinda feel like all the gun slinging gets in the way for the aim, that will very easy get annoying
Also, the game is available on gamepass, so you don't need to buy it
