I'm sorry but the first video shows the Patrouille de France.
9 Alpha Jets in south of France, over the city of Martigues, which is right next to Salon-de-Provence, the city where the Patrouille de France is based, Base Aérienne 701.
You can clearly see the same formation in every youtube videos of the Patrouille de France.
