the room with a moblin, if you shock him then kill time by a fire, he will have a different claymore, and the one you socked out of his hand.
I wonder how much durability it has when it has the Durability+ Up modifier
If you want the 116 damage royal claymore, you can do the obvious and go to guards chamber, kill the moblin and save and load till you get the right one (you have to kill the moblin each time you load) or you could shock trap it and sit by the campfire.

When you get the 3rd claymore, check under the stairs down there.
Under the lowest set of stairs is a chest with a Savage Lynel Shield.
Go up a lvl, burn the leaves on the stairs there and get a chest with a shard of Naydra's Fang.
There is Royal claymore on top of the skull of Woodland Tower!

I have the best weapon in the game. The 116 Royal Guard’Claymore is after the solution book the best weapon in the game from attack.
I found the end of this game to be a bit of a letdown. I expected a multi-hour experience once I went to fight Ganon. Instead, it took me maybe an hour and I didn't die a single time 🙁

The Royal guards claymore looks badass. Too bad for that piss poor durability.
Lemme tell you though, if you manage to find one with +44 attack you’re gonna have a field day with Lynels since attacking them while mounted wastes no durability on weapons. And if that wasn’t overkill enough, pair it up with the barbarian/phantom and/or fierce deity armor set for maximum damage.

Why is the royal guard claymore the best weapon? I mean it doesn't sound like rare weapon for end game with a game the doesn't have an end game where you dont end the story quest by talking to Impa or something, In hyrule castle there should have been the Kings sword from he's death or something better in zeldas room rather then the royal guard bow so that way we can have something to really know we beat calamity ganon. Kings sword sounds alot better and stronger for an end game weapon

I just found a Royal Guard's Calymore with 114 damage… Never found something so powerful… Except the one-hit obliterator, but i guess it doesn't count
Just found a royal guards shield with a lvl of 95, higher than the hylian shield
A 72 damage one with durability up plus does more total damage, I’d go with one of those over a 116 any day
