I have seen something similar or even the same. It was a video that showed what looked like a freak creature. it made quite a stir on the internet at the time it was released. It turns out, yes it is alive but it's thousands of worm-like creatures. They sure like to get up warm and cosy with each other. For me, the thing was in the sewer so I find it odd that we see one halfway up a house. Looks like their environment can change with no adverse effects. Maybe it is making its world domination move haha.

Where is and what direction is the source of lighting? Usually, it should be located on the ceiling. So, realistically, the lighting source should be emitted from the mid-central left of the creature in the video. If that is so, the shadow aspect of the creature's silhouette angle has been stupidity rendered in the wrong direction.. realistically speaking of course..
