Ngl this fight was pretty easy
Am i the only one getting infamous 2 vibes…?
How do you roll like that
I have no idea how but in the hardest difficulty I beat him in 5 tries, 4 deaths in the second part. For the final phase I did not die once but I kept screaming hollow purple and when I beat him I felt so happy I fell off my couch.
I forgot to mention that the last time I did the quest was back in November.
i don’t find this battle challenging but SOOO boring. i kinda hate long boss battles. 😭😭
Fuck this boss fight and the creators of this game who made it. I’m playing on easy mode it shouldn’t be this hard
i got him third try (when i understood how to destroy the healing beacons) in my first time on Switch. Is that a record? 😀
I enjoyed the fight so much! And don’t forget to bring all 25 healing potions 🧪 I used 13 of them 😂 (focus potion and maxima potion were a life savers as well)
The epic battle against Lord Grindelwald which we didn't get to see in the final Fantastic Beasts movies
Beat him on my third try 😭😭😭 used all my damn potions 🧪
i started with 0 healing potions and managed to kill him within like 5 attempts (i play souls games)
How are you getting like over 400 damage when you hit him? The most I can get is like 60.
The trick to this fight is rolling. Keep rolling and spamming the dragon with charges. Usually you get 2-3 seconds of lull before his next attack. Again keep rolling and spamming.
I tried so long, still didn’t got it. I don’t think I ever will 😭. This boss fight is driving me insane
I can’t believe I was able to beat him on my second attempt! I am level 38 and I upgraded all my gear to the maximum level for protection, made about 8 Edurus and Maxima potions each, and started with 25 Wiggenweld. By the time I beat him I was down to 14 Wiggenweld but I had found about 3 among the rocks during the battle, and only used about 4 or 5 of the other potions 😊
Im 31 and this fight almost had me crying with how annoyingly difficult it was. The weirdest part is that the last part of the fight was the easiest part
Tell me about it I hate this part 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
2 heals and i finshed this
Im not doing near the damage of this guy. I am going after the orbs but just not doing enough damage 😭😭
This guy is making it look so EASY..lol
Fought him at the tail end of when I was level 39 (highest possible) on hard mode. Had everything maxed out. Went into the fight knowing it would be difficult.
Absolutely mopped the floor with both him and Rookwood. Holy shit are Unforgiveable 3 ×6 and Dark Arts talents together OP as shit.
Took me 5 hour's of straight gameplay to beat this boss and i learned quite quickly that avada kedavra doesn't work on him
how does your ancient magic do so much damage?
Am I the only one who keeps hitting the orbs 3-4 times in a row and they don't crack? How come this person only hits it once or twice and it works.. I'm confused.
Did this without a wiggenweld
Reached this battle with 0 potions 😂 good luck to me!
This made me rage quit months ago. I miss playing it but literally tried over 100 times.
Why can some ppl defeat opponents so fast PLEASE SOMEONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME
I made 17 wiggenwelds just for this fight and by the time I got to Ranrok I only have 4 left 😭
It took me 3 days 😭😭😭 + i got frustrated in between so i ended up doing some side quest. Finally succeed on the 3rd day.
And now what…. 😅
The fact that he did this with one spell set is just so incredible

Ok. I am trying to avoid dropping to lowest level. Instead I stay at mid level & use some rock barrier & retreat. I have Incendio, Bombardo, Glacius & Depulso. Trying to hurl back R1 some enemy incoming fireballs & will try Crucio & others too.
Tried this like 5 times without Wiggenweld. Haha it did not go well
Honestly using exclusively red spells and dodging got me through this
This shit was hard as hellllllllll. I kept dying first round I’m like wtf 😅
On my Gryffindor playthough of this game (the first one i did), i had to try and beat him at level 34. My advice? Grind out levels. Trust me. Also make sure you have a good supply of potions, and for the love of god dont use Crucio between attacks. Theres an attack he has that shifts the ground under it, launching a throwable rock up into the air. One wrong Cruciatus Curse and you'll not only miss a good ancient magic throw, you'll also take half a health bar's worth of damage. Above all, dodge like youre fighting the Absolute Radiance. This fight may be a lot easier, but most of Ranrok's attacks hit *hard*, especially the blast attack. Id also advise optimizing your spell diamond with quick spells for the orbs. And dont you dare think hes affected by Avada Kedavra. I tried on my Slytherin playthrough (the second one, where i was far more prepared) just to experiment. No damage.
Definitely, this mission should be BANNEEED!!!!! 😂 The whole legacy was so easy but this battle… Wtfff
This was such a shitty boss fight game play. You can really tell they ran out of ideas when they got to this fight, thus leaving us to shoot at bubbles hundreds of times while dodging annoying fireballs from a shitty magic dragon design. Completely unenjoyable.
Just to talk my shit I beat the last boss without a hundred potions n plants just straight up
I beat this my 2nd try and only had 5 wiggenweld potions and had avada kadavra xD I thought it would work and bring me to the next stage 🤣 and my ancient magic did only 10% of his first stage hotbar and the second one and on the third one only 5% (I did mine without watching this video or any others)
Ranrok dragon would make a sick cosplay
I did it!! I am a 47 year old mum!!
I need at least 100 wiggenhead potion to defeat this mf!!😅
People who had max wiggenwield during this
I did it❤❤❤❤
It was fun and epic
I also used the maxima portion …..
I only had two healing potions going into this 🥲
My mode is easy so i finished this boss on the first try so now I'm wondering why everyone in the comments is torturing themselves :p
This stupid c u nect tuesday wont stop fucking rolling and sh*t instead of throwing spells. Im about to rip my hair out
