Whew! It's getting hot in the comments. New tech can be scary, and the media's fear-mongering and false narratives aren't helping. Here's my take:
As mentioned in the video, AI art isn't perfect, and I don't believe it will replace all artists. It will, however, require artists to adapt and evolve, just like they always have. I believe it will push art forward (like how photo, video and digital art did – which by the way, all co-exist with traditional art).
Art is meant to push boundaries and evolve. To accept that AI art will replace artists – would that mean that the art of artists is only an image and nothing more? If artists are that easily replaceable, were they really pushing the boundaries? As an artist myself, I believe real art has always been something more than just the visual. It involves the human storytelling and meaning behind it. That is something an AI cannot create.
I am getting more and more views and subscriber. Haha. I hope i could make it. God Bless Me!
lol
its not free anymore
I am not the artist but I already hate AI. This thing shouldn’t exist.
solid video all in all.
didnt like the $6998 clickbait tho
Why are artists scared of AI. They can Play with AI images better than a normal dude cuz of their creativity
I don't like it at all! I'm an artist and it takes me right out of the loop… Now if someone wants, say "a coffee ad image featuring an alien woman drinking coffee" they get Dall-e to do it at a fraction of what I would charge them and laugh at me all the way to the bank with the savings!
damn 80 dollars only for all that time invested…
Butthurt artists in the comments here too….
Bro got kicked out😅
People thinks being ai artist is easy just type promt and get results but it's more to that
Like hpw long do ya think you ll make money with that stop fooling i know money is easy now but not that easy brother
Ye… never ad ai art to an “artist” group
Ai is a tool to make. money. fast. People used to appreciate art because of the value and effort built with practice, and personal development… Art is consuming in the process, it takes time, practice, and effort. Your art is the signature of your thought process. Each one of your strokes tells something about you, all the movement recorded is your decision. Creating that piece of art by yourself is enlightening. Each decision that defines you smooths out the person's rough edges and cleans out ambiguities. Art, at times, is a way to collaborate, and share experiences. Art provides a groundwork to initiate discussions. Surely you work hard to visualize a scene while doing prompts to Ai but unlike creating art, it is more or less a chance to practice your literature language to be able to create scenes yourself and to visualize all the elements in an assembly to analyze what is missing. It can only go as far as being a prototype for the artist. However, publicizing those generated arts, all from the same processing seed (system, the database o that the artificial intelligence has in store) only brings forth destruction to "unique art." It will end up generalizing art and sorting what certain prompts given conclude to one general idea as the outcome. Genuine literature comes with practice. We are already consumers who take in all the movie scenes with all the science fiction effects that afflicted great damage our imagination and diminish our ability to picture what we read and picture our thoughts and dreams. Ai is the next shutter, that kills our enthusiasm to gasp at the imaginations that appear so sudden and vividly. We are capable of so many things but the fastest ways and massive outcomes with the lack of diligence are killing us. I understand how generalizing fonts felt, the websites settling with similar and calmer themes felt like for the first web users and how it happened again and again. Once a new practice is born, it is widely shared and used, appreciated among the locals. It is a cultural practice that everyone engages in. Because of the intentions that carry ambition and dream of higher outcomes in a shorter time span, we are getting rushed and a burst of outcomes that it only creates pollution. Food tastes better than being invited to a potluck when you share one sandwich that you have with two friends of yours. A smaller amount of something doesn't mean it is less delicious. In contrast, abundance leaves us numb.
True inspiration is an internal process in the artist that involves complexity, not a computer itself popping up with almost everything
Congrats you actively choosing to partake in this is putting thousands of artists who spent their lives making REAL art out of business. This is so wrong

I truely don't mind if some people want to use the tool and some people are just willing to pay 15$ for a rendering because those same people will NEVER actually pay an artist to create a cover, that will be 350+$ or something and most of them don't want to spend that money so actual artists aren't loosing customers on that kind of purchase behavior. I am an artist and have been using AI to enhance or generate my own concept art as a way to visualize what were my options, they don't look like I want them to look but they do bring inspo or a baseline which I then change through my own eyes, skills and mind.
What's painful is that the market is flooded with AI so us with real work, we get burried in a 10K result on pinterest or Etsy, it's making it impossible to stand out.
I just know that this is a huge peak for AI but it will die down eventually and artists will reclaim the tool and make it their own 😉
Stable diffusion is also paid
Artists have been trampled and shit on by everyone including youtubers, companies paying little and now AI … enough
Honest doesn't look good on your bio when you use other people stolen copyrighted art for your own profit using AI
Thanks for such a detailed video. As a student it could be a good side hustle.
$5? You're destroying the market and you'll never make any money. Ask for $200.
Dont try selling ai art. Its not worth it. I seen a lot of posts on reddit by people who tried this and most of them did not sell a thing in 6-12 months of uploading 300 pics to a ai market that they paid 12 $ a month to try and sell on. and one person made 100 $ in 18 months after paying 21 $ a month to sell on the market.. so basically they all lost money.
I Scammed People by ‘Making’ Art
AI doesn't take inspiration though, it can't feel inspired…it's not capable of emotion so to try and compare it to a real person feeling inspired is disingenuous
Why making money is so damn hard
Not the internet "artists" whinning about ai replacing them 😂😂😂 you're digital illustrations aren't real art 😂😂😂
What about making NFT using ai and sell it on sites like opensea
