Game is on sale for $27.99 and I’m on ps5 and graphics are awesome also the 30 fps isn’t bad as I thought!
Its on sale for $27 via Ps store and I been gifted a $30 playstation gift card .
Homeboy "experimented but settled on Batgirl" homeboy definitely went to Uni for that.
Nice of you to rub the salt 🧂 in and use Arkham City theme tune on this absolutely mediocre in everything game, 30fps for coop, it's that good and selling that well the £80 version is now £40 on XB and PS in just over a month.
Beat the story this morning. I found the finale quite underwhelming.
I'm having fun with it. I wish I could just play with my kids without them having to be online. I do feel this was supposed to be a "live service" game. It even has the poses like on Fortnite. I wouldn't have purchased a "live service" game. So I gave it a chance. I think it's cool for what it is. Not on the level of Arkham but it's good.
Really wanna play this but since I got a ps5 I haven’t played a 30fps game since and I don’t think I could go back to it. Dealbreaker unfortunately. Really hope they do a 60fps patch, then I’m def on board. 😊
30 fps lol forget it
This looks like a terrible version of Marvels Avengers lol. I think I will just stick with avengers for now. All they need is more content and that game is just badass.
If you like 3rd person brawlers with grappling mechanics and cinematic takedowns and stealth. You’ll probably like this. Idk how someone likes the ac games but they still sell copies, don’t know why this game has so much hate. It’s fun.
It's a shame because I really enjoyed their arkham origins game and was looking forward to this
I really want to play it but from what I've heard I don't feel it's worth the price tag of $70
Can You Play One Character Through The Whole Game Or You Have Too Switch Them Around?
Was done watching top 10 jose mourinho moments wasnt expecting to see him in this review tooo
Also wanted to get it, but I´m rather waiting for a Sale…
i paid 90$ for the deluxe edition, played it, it didnt vibe with me, so i took it back and put what i paid for it onto pokemon scarlet/violet double pack.
Gotham Knights failed to exploit PS5 controller's haptic feedback capability. Felt as if I was playing any random PS4 game on PS5.
Noooo
'Doctor' freeze? Not so sure on that nickname
I hope they add 60 fps… plzzzzzzzz
Generally positive reviews seem to be getting backlash. You can tell this game has heavily passionate and yet disappointed fans. I'm sort of disappointed as well and won't be getting this unless on a discount or when they get rid of stuttering. I'm giving you a thumbsup though. I'm taking this as your own opinion that I disagree mostly but the video is well put together. 👍
30fps makes is slow as fuck
I am enjoying my time with this game. Having lots of fun and that's what matters to me.
Good and fair review 👍🏻 I am having fun with it and am not concerned with comparing it other games. It is what is is and is a good game 7/10 is my score to.
After playing so many games in 60fps, looking at this 30fps or less gameplay my eyes hurt..
That damn Arkham Knight theme hitting hard
No 60 FPS mode = no buy. A 60 FPS mode should be standard nowadays for every new game released on the new consoles. We should not accept developers throwing us back into the last generation of consoles.
make an open world story game simply ripping off an established formula would have made this game great as I hear the story is good. I canceled my 100 dollar pre-order because they let a game that could have been great be shipped in this way with co-op that wasn't nessicary(fun idea) which contributed to the myriad of technical issues no presented. I have enjoyed all the arkham games(even origins) bur don't think I'll by this
Bought it, playing it, enjoying it
Is it worth playing this on the PS5 or series X
damn 30 FPS in 2022 lol
Maybe I will try it after this game will eventually land in ps+ catalogue.
I like the game so far, just repetitive, bad as performance but really interesting story in my opinion
5:09 What the hell is going here? Lol Dirty
I dont know if its just due to the frame rate but there seems to be this film grain effect over everything which wasn't there in any gameplay I've seen and it's making the game look a lot worse than it should on ps5
Looking at all of the gameplay elements for GK, I find it damn near impossible to NOT compare the games and I can list the similarities out if you want me to.
I just feel when I hear the phrase “don’t compare this to Arkham” it feels like a crutch to justify the unsatisfactory combat and gameplay.
Matter of fact, I’ll go ahead and list the similarities and go ahead and correct me if I’m wrong: you grapple to locations as a traversal mechanic, you summon a vehicle to ride around in, you press the same face buttons (holding it or not) in rapid succession to execute combos, you build up a combo multiplier/momentum meter to trigger a special move/takedowns, you hold the trigger button and press a face button to execute said special move/takedowns, stealth takedowns, pointing the character in a specific enemy direction during combat, range weapons, open world map, racing with your vehicles on the open world map like a time trial, first person point of view when crawling in tight spaces like a vent, dodging mechanics, story driven narrative, upgradable skill tree for level progression while also unlocking those special moves/takedowns I mentioned…Do I need to go any further? These games are not all that different from a fundamental level.
You have the core elements that make an Arkham game but say don’t compare?? To those who Say the core elements I listed are for a Batman game so they should be similar. Ok, then so now people are basically saying don’t compare a Batman game to a Batman game.
Again that sounds like a crutch to not be overly critical on (my opinion) subpar gameplay.
What I truly believed what happened with this game is that it’s original intent was to be a games as a service title like Avengers. Partially through the foundational stages of development, they saw the backlash and how unsuccessful Avengers was and thought “OH F*%!, we need to change this” and what we have now is the result.
A game running 30fps on PS5 is not even qualifying to be in the "good" category
anybody have subtitles for this?
I hope Batman makes an appearance in DLC content unrelated to the story but combat maps or free roam.
I just want to know if there’s DualSense support or not so I can get it on PS5 or Series X lmao
This a effin disaster!
“Like Dr. Freeze…”
“Mister”
“Mister Doctor?”
“It’s Freeze”
“Maybe. Who am I to judge?”
I'm not getting it. I'll wait for a sale for it. For me I'm more focused on A Plague Tale Innocence and Requiem. My question is when will you make a video on A Plague Tale Requiem and how you feel about it 👀
This won’t be a day one purchase for me. I guess I’ll wait for the holiday fire sale.
"A good game" ffs
Sounds like the die hards will enjoy it while the casuals should probably wait for a sale
lmao, the reviews and gameplay are exactly what most people figured it would be. Laughing at the clowns who said "30 fps isn't a big deal"
I have to disagree if the story is predictable before your game is even released it can't be an excellent story imo.
Well that sucks for yall. Don't mind if I do enjoy a game all by myself. Reminds me of Avengers, a game I still play and enjoy. Different strokes for different folks.
