Can somebody explain to me why objects in the sky seem to move differently than "foreground" objects (trees/ cars etc). You would think as the camera shakes, all objects in the video would move in unison, but they dont. Is this an distortion caused by low light/ autofocus? Is it reason to believe the video is fake, and the lights have been edited in? Or is it just an illusion, and all objects in the video are moving together..
It's HAARP. No doubt!
If only dogs could speak 'human' (or at least, learn to write) then maybe it'll glean a little more info on these sightings that seem to effect them.

I have seen this same light formation in san diego 20 years ago. It was around midnight and i was driving south on I5.

I do believe your government have secret projects I but i wouldn't go so far to think that they master the technology of collecting energy from storms yet, just my opinion .Thank you for taking the time to comment.
