Anyone who says a mage build is broken hasn’t seen a strength, heavy weapon build. Way more ‘broken’
Watching these walkthroughs has helped me enjoy this game. I’ll be watching them yet again while I get through most of ng+ so I can play the dlc 😅
Thanks!
Does this walkthrough cover all npc questlines
is this a 100% walkthrough ? all loot all zones explored all bosses enemies all npc quests etc?
This makes me wanna restart again
I will say, mage builds are very fun. If people say mage builds are too easy, so are strength and dex builds. If you set up just about any build right you can make the game easy.
I followed this 2 times to beat the game, Great walktrough. I noticed that between Part 92 and Part 93, you have been to Sealed tunnel. I missed that walktrough in this serie.
amazing
Warning if you are just starting the game, level up your vigor don't level up like the uploader go to at least 40 vigor. You are welcome.
Mage for the win!!!!
I wish there was an option to turn off losing runes when die for some players that want to play a little easier.
Hey thank you so much for these videos. I just finished Elden Ring. It was my first soulsborne game so I didn't know anything about the game mechanics and your videos helped out a lot. Thanks ❤️
This is an extremely late comment, but you were giving me an aneurysm changing back and forth between characters on the start. The only thing I could understand was that vagabond is best
Is this build within the walk-through still viable now that 1.09 has been released? Thinking of starting the game again as previously gave up on it.
I always take the Tree Sentinel out from atop the church with a simple bow and a bunch of arrows very early on in the game.
This is super helpful. I've finished the game many times with many different builds but magic. I struggle so hard with magic
why so many dislikes? 73
Hiii thanks for the walkthrough! I just wanted to know if you were covering everything in this play through like a platinum run or just a casual run. Thanks again!! 😁
thank u so much for using astrologer
Sry for the late comment but im 140hrs in my 1st playthrough and decided I wanna try magic so im watching u. Already so much info I didn't know and simple. I'll be following this. Wish I knew all this bc I'm trying to 100%. 3 kids and work 12hrs. I like u already. Let's gooooo
I’ve completed the game as a Quality build but really wanted to do a mage class and this is perfect. Cant wait to start a new game and keep coming back to this guide and seeing all the things I’ve missed 😂
Never played or cared to play any souls like games but I think I’ll enjoy watching this, always been more of a magic person
I found Elden Ring hard to Play I tried several different characters and was happiest with the Astrologer. I looked at several YouTube videos, most were too quick or assumed the viewer had lots of experience with Elden Rings. Then I found this series, what a game changer it was for me. I now enjoy the game –I very nearly deleted it from my computer.
I look and listen to where Joe starts from a location and where he going to go to. I then stop the playback and play the game. When I finished that part, I continue to play Joe's part so see what I have missed and do a replay if I need to. I also try to clear some areas we pass through which makes my play time a lot longer than Joe's. This allows me to level up a bit quicker.
When it comes to Caves and tunnels I play to where I have a choice of direction I then play Joe's Video and see which way he goes Then I continue on.
I am now at Walk through number 14 and have thoroughly enjoyed myself by following this series.
Joe I too sometimes forget to turn on the light in the excitement of the moment when in Caves etc
I am looking forward to the rest of the game using Joe's walk through as a guide
Thanks Joe for posting these walk throughs
Thank you so much
Is this walk-through for faith builds as well?
Thanks
Just started an astrologer. Struggled with Melee. I can't seem to equip my sword in my right hand? Also how do you do that special attack with sword you are using? Thanks.
Thank you so much!!!
how do u had many runes? when i got to the merchant i only had 50 runes
it is my first time playing this game, i created a astrologer and its really hard. i die a lot
Best walkthrough! Worth subscribing!
Another typical Youtuber. You skipped 2 dungeons right at the beginning and literally ran straight to the 2nd Grace. This is a very big game, but if you just run from point to point, you're ruining the game. What a newb.
I have never played a single souls game in my entire gaming life. I am about to start with Elden Ring. I jeard these games are known for being brutally difficult. I hope these walkthroughs will help me complete the game as i think fighting with magic rather than up close combat is a much safer option
I found your walk through while looking for a way to help strengthen my sorcery build. And seeing how I’ve fought the final boss 26 times and lost I needed a break. So I’m using the same walk-through to work on a bleed build samurai.
Thanks to your guide I was able to play this game which otheriwise I would have most likely found it to be too difficult and abbandon it as I had done with bloodborne. It is now clear to me that you can get great battle advantage in these games if you know what items to loot before you go to ta boss fight. Keep up the great content!
Dude, good content keep at it and your channel will grow a lot bigger!
Thank you so much for this walkthrough. I just started Elden Ring about a month ago as an astrologer, this has greatly helped whenever I was stuck or did not know where or what to do!
I stumbled across your videos looking for details about various locations throughout the lands between as I followed another series about major quest lines. I was very impressed by those details and the ease of fighting as a mage. So, I began this series and I am in awe of so much I had missed in my own journey. I love your explanations for newbies which have helped me so much as I have just finished part 10 and will follow them all!
I am a hybrid lvl 140 character, SoNF build int/faith, that began with faith as the primary attribute and was struggling. Hybrids are a challenge anyway but I knew I could do better. Your later videos as a level 117 mage inspired me to to respec my stats to Int as primary and I have not regretted that choice at all. Keep up your details and explanations as they are very appreciated!
Starting this last play through you did. So awesome how everything is numbered and so easy to follow. Thanks. Great walkthroughs.
Thumbs down! This sis totally false. Vagabond is not the best starting character. You start at level 9 which gives additional 8 points. Full armor and weapons. Best starting character is always Wretch. It's the only one that actually starts at level 1. New users should not be playing any other character aside from Wretch. Then if you want to spec into Astrologer or Warrior or Prophet, you can do it as you play. And actually have to play the game to get there. Never start as one of the higher level presets. It's not a real start.
Astrologer is my favorite class it’s my second play through and I’m loving the quest lines I’m thinking about doing a confessor class next
My personal favorite is Lands Between Rune (Fanged Imps being second). Extra early levels or items from Kale is nice (esp. if can beat the Grafted Scion for an extra 3200 runes); otherwise I go with Golden Seed, but yeah like you said – none of them are particularly more important than the others. It's personal choice. 🙂
Fanged Imps are REALLY good starting summons (cheaper than the wolves, can be more damaging to enemies, inflicts bleed, have both ranged and melee..) They were with one of my "vampire" characters. Was really fun.
And if anyone was wondering about the Cracked Pots being "pulled from the world", 2x are pulled from Auriza Side Tomb and 1x from Nomadic Merchant (Caelid South). Just in case that detail was important to some people.
