You can use heavy weapons in your inventory on those square buttons as well. Instead of the barrels.
You can also get the chest on the right hand side with stasis.
Walk on the platform with a barrel, use stasis on the platform when you're close the crystal, pick up the barrel and jump to the side with the crystal, hit the crystal and wait for the platform to come back, use stasis again, pick up the barrel and jump back onto the platform.
Infinite run. Spam whistle walk and spam run to do it

Tip: if you have the dark link outfit it gives you a speed boost at night so if you're doing all the walking at night and have the outfit equip it

or you can just teleport to the muwo jeem shrine and paraglide to the end of the island and then teleport back to the shrine the paraglide again to the boy's
No npc there for me 🙁 just some arrows
I beat the shrine in like 10 seconds by windbombing
You could also just quickly glide to soka point from muwo jeem

i was so dumb using whistle run when my horse was literally beside me 💀💀
Don’t just whistle sprint. Alternate between whistle sprinting and just sprinting because when you whistle sprint you only go 80% of the normal sprinting speed so it’s faster to switch between the two
