Alexa, can the Seahawks get back to their winning ways on Thursday night against the 49ers? If you’re a Seattle fan cringing over the possible answer to that question, maybe a new Amazon Echo Pop smart speaker will make it sound better.
Amazon is selling officially licensed NFL versions of its compact speaker for all 32 teams in a bid to bring a little gameday spirit and information to football fans.
The limited-edition bundle includes a licensed NFL faceplate and sleeve along with an Echo Pop, for $59.99.
Amazon, which released the Echo Pop last year as a cheaper alternative to the Dot, previously teamed with Disney on a princess-themed version.
Because Seattle and San Francisco meet this week on “Thursday Night Football” — streamed on Prime Video — speakers for the Seahawks and 49ers are available first. The remaining teams are available for preorder and will be shipped over the next several weeks, and that list is available here.
