Honestly, it feels sort of natural to have a clunky spell changing system. Throughout the game you are still just a student, not a magic expert.
I got this and it performs surprisingly well on the switch. I'm very happy with it so far. For once I actually refuse to spoil myself, even though I usually don't care.
I just wish there was more boss fights. The other thing that is kinda annoying is after you go into a secret cave and solve the riddle, it will give you some very non rare armor. It’s like you spent time to unlock the secret then open the chest and it’s scraps. But then in a random chest in the middle of map there is very rare armor. It’s kinda funny and frustrating at the same time. Still I’ve decided to complete everything single thing. After I got all spells and the alohamora level 3. I started from top corner of map and worked my way down. Which took 70 hours or more. It’s definitely an amazing game but it’s little things that could make it better. I’m a Slytherin and it annoyed me that I had to become a Hufflepuff on my second play through just to visit Azkaban. But even though it lasted two minutes lol , it was worth it. Annoying but worth it.
I wish you could buy candy from honeydukes, have to be in your room at night (or have you sneak around the castle to avoid getting in trouble, that you actually could get detention for being caught, and that you could sell potions instead of just clothing and beasts. It would be incredible if there wasn't just the day/night cycle but an actual schedule where you had classes that you needed to attend on certain days, clubs or activities to go to, and a form of calendar instead of just day time and night time
I dont understand why some developers thinks its a good idea to put that stupid ugly outline around characters 0:08 … it feels so arcadey and ruins the immersion of the game…
I love this game, but my main issue is the difficulty. It’s way too easy on normal, but when I go to “hard” for more of a challenge I die so much. There’s no in between
I give the game a solid 7/10. The first half of it was the most fun. Story is pretty good/ok. Combat gets too easy/generic/repetitiv in the latter half of the game.
how can the lack of different enemy types not be absolutely negative? When I got to the last area and had to fight another shitty spider, I was fed up with the game.
BEST FUCKING GAME EVER!!!!!
there’s maybe 50 hours of content in the entire game, so 5/10
LMAO 50 hours is the equivalent of 5 in this game 😂
Just hit hour 53 and there’s nothing else to do. Level 40, 450 450 max gear, all collections 100%, challenges 100%, platinum trophy. Was a very good game
Can you kill the owner of the Three broomsticks? Or at least it make it do it itself?
Am I the only one going crazy about the fact that there is inventory limit for armor… while at the same time we are storing GIANT creatures in our magic backpack… surely in this magical backpack there is room for more then 20 shirts…
Hey guys I found a way to get into headmasters office very early on in the game i uploaded it onto my channel if you don’t mind checking out my videos , anyways I hope whoever is reading this has a blessed year ❤️
Good, but not as good and refined as red dead 2 for example
You 're hyping it up a bit. The aesthetics and all are cool, combat is very well done, that's good and all. But the game lacks a good storyline. I'd like it to be a lot longer, maybe divide it into two parts, one being a student in Hogwarts and the rest of it in the open world and not being so linear. Also the character "development" is not as good as you point out maybe except Sebastian's which is… eh ok I guess. The biggest negative for me is that choices don't really matter. The endings aren't that different and the lack of a morality system makes the Curses feel like another spell.
Maybe I subconsiously compare it with RDR2 and Ghost, I don't know. Very fun game though, I enjoyed it but I'd suggest everyone to just rent it, play the fck out of it for a few days and then move on to the next.
I need to get my hands on a Next gen console just for this game. I've been holding off for so long cause i can still play the games I want until NOW of all times.
Just bought a PS5 and started playing…Beyond Addicted 💯😂 It truly is amazing and so immersive you get lost in the world. Truly a love letter to Harry Potter fans 💯 Best game ever lol
GoTY contender for sure
„No Story-Spoilers“
*Continues to show almost nothing but Story Segments*😂👌🏽
May you have any insight on how the combat is between the levels of difficulty I only ask because I'm disabled and only have one usable arm I'm not sure if I'm able to play the game and I know my sister is one of those who say buying the game is hurting trans people so I know she won't help me with the game if I where to ask. I'm just not sure how well I could play it on my own.
Im big fan Harry Potter movies and this world and i'm dreaming about this game i love this game but game is too short main story and side mission i finish 50 h and now its boring…
I’m not even a Harry Potter fan. I’ve read the first two books and watched all the movies. I’m about 3 hours into the game and it’s so amazing. Finally a game that the devs actually care about making
the game is beautiful, and that's the best way I can describe it. simply jaw dropping at times.
