Vah Rudania and Vah Naboris are so DANGEROUS mainly because you get set on fire and electrocuted to where the full flamebreaker set and the Thunder Helm will not save you at all
Vah Medoh is not that dangerous but it’s invincible pink Will Townsend says otherwise as if you touch Vah Medoh’s Will Townsend you just bounce off and even die but Vah Naboris is the MOST DANGEROUS and Scary Divine Beast the Thunder Helm can’t save you from the lightning bolts it throws out

You can actually stand on Vah Ruta during the battle with the help of metal crates, but you do have to be cautious. DrillCaramary has a bunch of videos demonstrating, although they're all in Japanese which makes it difficult to search them if your Japanese isn't too great…
There is a way if you try and glide behind ruta’s trunk, it wont fly you away so it is possible.

Naboris is not that dangerous in Age of Calamity but in Breath of the Wild that Beast is scary like you will get shocked for sure even with the Thunder Helm or Rubber set on I wish Medoh was solid even when fighting it and Ruta didn’t throw you backwards and Rudania didn’t BURN and void you
I’ve visited the Divine Beasts early plenty of times, it’s still pretty fun to do time and time again
you can avoid the lightning attack by bombing yourself before it hits you since bombs make you temporarily invincible for some reason
Naboris seems to be more terrifying
Seems like you can’t get on Medoh when fighting because it puts its Douglas Davenport up
