Teacher's Chilling ALIEN ENCOUNTER CASE From Connecticut In 1957

With regards to the reality of ET existence, the reality extends many levels beyond the limits of the common discourse on the matter. For anyone to come to grips with the subject, understanding the following is essential:

1) Many, many races have visited the earth beginning well before the arrival of humans,going  back millions of years.
2) The earth is basically a laboratory in which different races have conducted various genetic projects down through the ages.The human race is one such ongoing project and the reason for abductions. Abductees are  monitored over their lifetimes. Examinations onboard alien craft, are periodically done to determine the status of whatever project they happen to be a part of. Abductees often witness hybrid beings – part human, part alien onboard the craft.
3) Members of different races are embedded in governments throughout the world. Some are perfectly hu man looking and can openly interact with humans, others are not. Some have a working relationship with each other and some are in conflict. Collectively, they basically manipulate the affairs of the  human race and are responsible for most of the wars and conflicts. National militaries are used as proxy forces in conflicts between them.
4) Their activities are regulated by a higher off planet authority that prohibits direct subjugation of the human species. They are restricted to using manipulation and influencing of world leaders and populations which they do proficiently.
5) Reports of crashed alien craft are the result of "intruders" from other planets/realms being shot down by the races embedded here who consider the earth their exclusive domain. The technology used to accomplish these shoot downs is of their creation and beyond the capabilities oh human technology. The retrieval of crash debris and bodies is totally managed and controlled by these earth embedded beings. They have assembled retrieval teams composed of humans but totally subordinate to these beings. Secrecy among team members is strictly enforced. Any violation of this secrecy results in dire consequences. The study of the crash debris and bodies, is done at facilities exclusively managed by these beings. Information gained is used to advance the understanding of the nature and capabilities of the different alien races they manage to down who they often view as competitors if not outright foes.
6) Select members of the human race are recruited to act as an interface between humans and themselves. As expected, these individuals are recruited from the higher strata of society based on the value of their function in carrying out tasks in the interest of these beings.
7) These embedded beings, for whatever reason have decided to act clandestinely. They have strictly prohibited the open divulging of their existence or any other off planet beings. No human world leader, scientist, investigator will ever be allowed to bring forth "disclosure" until at which time it becomes suitable for these beings.
8) After 54 years since the first moon landing and  51 years since the last, not one return mission has been undertaken.This despite the profound advances in space technology. Humans have been forbidden from returning to the moon or venturing to mars. This is due to the fact that there are alien artifacts on the moon and mars going back hundreds of thousands of years.In addition, there are bases actively operating on both of these bodies. Further human exploration of the moon and mars would lead to certain discovery of past and present ET presence as happened with the Apollo astronauts. This is unacceptable to earthbound alien races since they insist on maintaining secrecy at this time. 
9) Their is a parallel (real) space program that operates independent of the official space program. It is composed  of a space force of members of the embedded earth ET races and human recruits pledged to secrecy. Violation of that pledge will usually result in severe consequences. This joint Human/ET force conducts joint missions to their bases on the  moon and mars  using very advanced technology well beyond the relatively primitive rocket science
(10) Most of the ET craft occasionally seen by witnesses, belong to the earthbound ET groups. The fact that there are often differences between shapes, sizes and performance of the sighted craft, is a result of the different groups using slightly different technologies. They have concealed bases in remote areas of the world such as Antarctica.

These few points enumerated in this list are only at the beginning of the bigger picture few are even remotely aware of.  Exposure to some of these points and associated information may be troubling to some and downright destabilizing to others and care should be taken when venturing into these matters. Go no further into the subject than you feel capable of handling.

I have dozens of books, but couldn't find this case. Interesting. The only remark I would like to make is, why describe the 'craft' as cigar-shaped, but showing an oval-shaped craft? Only at the very end did the craft shift-shape. Would have loved to see a drawing of the Aliens.
