Outdated info, I can far 40K in 10 secs
This is the most annoying way to try to get runes in this game. It doesn’t work for more than a minute most times. So you spend way too much time trying to get it to work. They will attack you after a while and when you come back to get the 50k runes that you just spent hours getting, they will kill you way easier than normal just to reset you to 0 runes. Just go shoot a bird for 1 minute and make 3x as much.

Easiest way is with a friend.
Step 1: Find a Lord's Rune (optional: find Hero's Runes)
Step 2: Exit the game and upload save file to the cloud.
Step 3: Summon a friend and give them your Runes.
Step 4: Exit the game, download the save file from the cloud, then repeat Step 3.

Radahn is not that hard if you summon all the things there, I was level 70 ish in my first play through and killed him like 3 rd time

Me myself had a lot of trouble facing radahn with many many many different strategies, then i just said fuck it and went naked with a pot on my head and 2 katanas(including moonveil +8) and i got it ALMOST nohit… he just fell down really fast by bleeding, i was so happy OMG😅
