I noticed that when I leave my puppy home he’s ok but if I left him alone in the crate he goes more buck wild ,was my mistake introducing him to every room in my home as soon as I got him
good video!!
I am a first time dog owner and I am nervous in her training. I was initially looking for a guard dog for my house we just moved into. I want a dog that is territorial enough to scare people away from my property. Honestly, I was looking for a male dog but ended up with a female which makes me even more nervous. I’m scared she might not be suitable for the purpose I want. My most important questions are:
1. Can a female dog be a guard dog?
2. Are female dogs territorial and will alert me when there’s an intruder or trespasser?
3. How can I turn her into the guard dog I want without the fear of oppressing her. Because as much as I have a specific job I want her to do, I also want her to be happy and comfortable.
Note: She’s an Aspin breed.
Is vaccination important?
Does anyone know what breed the puppy at 1:55 is?
Ok but how do you redirect after correcting? Like if hes biting something i pull the line. Then what?
Noooo wayyyyyy crate train! I don’t understand why people don’t discipline their puppies and then getting upset they act out! I crate my baby after lunch for her afternoon nap and for cool down times. this way she’s not crazy all the time. just normal puppy behavior
"it's all about clarity and consistency" 🤣🤣🤣 Because your puppy will clearly understand you put him in that small, restricted space called a cage (sorry, crate) because… you have to do your e-mails!?! Would love to meet the puppy that understands that!
And really, who invented this idea of putting a line all of the time inside the house? Why, oh why?? 🤨🤨🤨
I feel I have left this all too late I got my poms in loc down eek
I love your dog beds so comfy where?
I never removed the crate, she felt so safe and happy, so the door is always open so she can access her safe space anytime she wants even though she is almost 3.
Im trying so hard to concentrate on your info but all these puppies are so cute!!😂😂
I was playing and watching my puppy show as chewing her toy she started to roll around and being a crazy dog she's 7 months and so cute
I was always told no lead left on the dog unless you are holding the other end as it's dangerous for the dog if it gets caught on something or it steps on it as it's dragging along.?
love watching their videos a lot of it is common sense if you are not prepared to put the work and effort into a new puppy or dog then don't get one they are suppose to be part of the family ALL THE TIME not just some times consistency is the answer
Mine chews the leash
Awesome tutorial!! but i know half of you were watching this video on your phone with just one hand
So I’m sure they chew the leash up.
what kind of dog is that in the thumbnail?
Can you do this with a 2lb 9 week old puppy?
Thx, great advice. Bringing a new girl home next week. Been 14 years since we had a puppy. I'm a bit nervous, our old girls were so good.
I got "too much freedom" when the FIRST person said, didnneed SEVEN!
Thank you for all this wonderful information
