Playing it on gamepass, it honestly gets its value's worth 🙂
After D4 came out on Game Pass, I was wrapping up with D2R before starting D4. I only wanted to finish the campaing because I never did on the original game. I'm not a hardcore Diablo player or a dedicated fan, I'm just a casual. Although I have played D3 with friends and I have done quite a bit of post-story content in it. So speaking only (and strictly) from a casual's point of view, D4 so far has been positive and fun for me. There are a few things that bug me but for the most part it's good. Admittedly I have only played around 5-10 hours so far but still, so far so good. But again, keep in mind I speak from the PoV of a casual who only plans to play main story content. I'm sure things must be different for people who want to play with others, do PvP, seasonal content and all that jazz. But for me a fun one so far.
As a new player would this keep me intrigued overall??
Arcanum 2 or Arcanum Remake would be a dream come through!
It's better than season 1 but I'm totally bored out of my mind playing the same crap over and over.
As someone who has no experience with the diablo series is the game worth getting as it’s on sale right now?
Unfortunately for Blizzard and D4, I just don't find any reason to play it. With the likes of Grim Dawn (which had an amazing free update), Titan Quest, TL2 and D2R around, all which can be played offline and with mods, D4 ironically seems like a relic. Even Last Epoch, which I haven't touched in ages I'd sooner go back to.
Guys, I'm really debating now on buying the game. The Black Friday deals are out now on PS5 and the game is 40usd.
I really want to play it (my first Diablo experience was with Immortal 💀🥲) but I just hate the fact of missing a lot just bc I don't want to pay more money for a game that already paid for..
I really need some advice.
Ty for your thoughts bro
Why do players need to buy a battle pass when they already forked up $70 for this game? I'd be fine if the game was a MMORPG with such enough quality to warrtant the cost, but that is not so with D4 it seems.
I wish, they could do offline, but more likely are private realms.
Havent played since pre season 1, got 3 characters to 100 before that and another 2 to around 70. Full bis max rolls and gear on my druid at that point. Did all this for uber lilith but the fight just wasnt fun. And besides that there was nothing for me to do with my max gear i spent hours upon hours grinding for.
I think majority of us that stopped playing the game is because of the NON STOP nerfs blizzard keeps throwing. i rmb playing WW Barb at launch but after back to back nerfs i just couldnt be bothered playing anymore if every single good equp is gonna get nerfed
Seriously, the prices of the armor sets are atrocious. They should have added all of the armor sets they are trying to sell to the base game with all of the sales. I enjoy the game even. However, those micro transactions are greedy.
Now I understand why there so much hate happening on forums. The first “nerf” patch scared people, and they couldn’t recover until next patch. And it was fortnight after. Personally me I get miserable at that time, but I absolutely love this game and it becomes better with every patch
I quit D4 right when season 1 started and am looking to see if if its worth coming back to now.
tried the free trial for diablo 4, i enjoyed it but i rather spend my money on star ocean coming out in a couple of weeks and i wont lie the presence of other people was kinda off putting at times lol
Bought the game when it came to Steam so I can play it on my Steam Deck, and it's been really awesome. Then again I've been able to play D2R on my deck as well. Anyway, I've been enjoying the game not as loot hunting game as its predecesors, but a live open world exploration game. The story is good (not great) but the side quests are interesting, especially the short chain ones; quality varies though.
I will most likely drop the game once I either get lvl 100 and/or explore the entire map with one character. Then I will feel like I'm done with the game. I don't see this as my forever game, I doubt I will even play this for over a month.
The one thing time doesn’t do is go backwards. These companies never, ever cede monetary gain for the sake of games they make. It’s kind of insane, really. They know the answers to the test, but they make waaay more money by failing it. Idk how you even change that incentive structure, but it’s not good for any of the things we all love. D2 hardcore was where I learned what pc gaming could be
I hope to see a similar video on Path of Exile or Last Epoch!
I’m just trying to know if I should get the game now 😭
S2 good
You talked too much sense in this video!
Blizzard got saved by Microsoft, all the bad actors are leaving Blizzard/Activision so you are only left with hopefully the soul of the company.
Microsoft has done many good things the last 6 years and I hope they will continue this trend !
hey im havin 395002 error since yesterday i log in to chracter screen but i cant go further then this keep showing this error
Diablo 4 is very good, my goty but it's not near Diablo 2. Won't have the legs. An offline mode with the expansion may be interesting
Seems like the people who subscribed to you like offline games more than online games, idk how you make an offline mode that couldnt be exploited since the game has PVP and seasonal content idk how they would do that
If only they went the remnant route. I hate always online games.
My first and last diablo game
Always online is the essence of every issue I have with diablo four
Lol I’m impressed with how many vids you are putting out in a week while being able to 100% the games at the same time 😮
In the meantime, Grim Dawn is releasing a third expansion 7 years after the original launch, working on a 1.2 patch incorporating favourite mods into the game with credit/permission of the creators, has a huge modding scene that runs their own seasons if that's your thing. In my opinion, it's probably the truest diablo 2 successor (with some mods incorporating or recreating (parts of) d2 directly. Oh, and offline of course. The graphics may be outdated compared to something with a budget like diablo 4, but the gameplay is stellar. I hope you (mortismal or reader) will give it a try some day!
It's nice to see this game getting good, but I'm still pretty glad Path of Exile 2's announcement showed me that if I'm going to enjoy an ARPG it's probably not going to be Diablo 4.
If you think an offline mode is coming, look at diablo 3. Wait around 10 years, maybe more.
Can i get yes or no . Is this game good
I like the game. It's fun. I wish they had a paladin class and the mtx store wasn't as shit as it is. But the game itself is good. With some more balancing I think the game will be great.
Diablo 4 needs an offline mode badly.
was hoping blood knight was making a transfer to DIablo Iv. Oh well I guess.
i want to feel sympathy for fans of blizzard (and bethesda now with starfield) but as an avid skyrim, oblivion, world of warcraft, and overwatch enjoyer…. we all should have known tbh
Druid, my kin!
